I liked the location.
The hotel doesn't have lift, so it was quite difficult to bring our heavy suitcases up to the third floor.

Centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Good value for money breakfast included in price. Helpful staff.
The stairs were a bit of a problem with heavy suitcases but the gentleman on front desk was very helpful and carried them up for us.

I’m really really satisfied with the hotel. Actually we needed 2 single rooms and first we wanted to book 2 rooms in a budget hotel that would cost 436€ for 4 nights. Then I found the Kingfisher apartment for 320€! What a big difference! Being crammed in a small hotel room or enjoying the space and freedom an apartment can give – we decided quickly. The staff were friendly and room was small but very clean. The Kingfisher was well situated for sight-seeing in Dublin city and the breakfast included in the price was most satisfactory.
The shower was extremely small and would not be suitable for a large guest. However, the water was hot and the bathroom was clean and functional. It was necessary to walk up several flights of stairs to access our room. This was difficult with heavy luggage but the gentleman at reception very kindly helped carry our suitcases!

The friendliness and "extra mile" off staff and the restaurant attached next door! Also the walking proximity of night life.
